How to "Gear Up" Quickly in MoP Timerunning at Level 70

Hit level 70? Here's how to "Gear Up" your character in order to have enough power for Heroic raids and eventually Mythic Siege of Orgrimmar!
Fresh Level 70 Scaling
Players have noticed that the Fresh Level 70 scaling is really rough compared to the tuning of the raids. Lower levels are doing more DPS and are more survivable in both raids and dungeons than fresh level 70s.
However, the potential for Level 70s is unlimited and players can scale past the damage output of low levels by having more Tinkers, stats from Threads and Gear Upgrades.
Jewelry and Trinkets
While leveling up to level 70, you'll notice that you will have receive no Trinkets, Rings or Neck pieces. There is only one of these pieces and they drop from specific achievements:

Thus, in order to get all the pieces of gear, you'll need to do the following:
Reach level 70
Complete all Heroic dungeons
Complete all Heroic scenarios
Complete all normal raids
With the current scaling, a lower level character will be much stronger than a fresh level 70. These achievements are not account-wide, so you'll have to play the character you want them on, but if you have friends and they want to help, you can do low level runs! Alternatively, you can queue LFG and hope for some low level characters.
Upgrading Gear
Players have noticed that upgrading gear costs a lot of Bronze and why would you upgrade your gear using Bronze which is also needed for rewards? The answer is to do higher difficulty content and increase your acquisition rate of Bronze of the future.
For example, Heroic and Mythic Siege of Orgimmar was quoted at 30k Bronze per clear according to
an Interview
and on live servers a Normal Throne of Thunder gives 11k. However, Heroic and Mythic Siege of Orgimmar are much harder, with Mythic Immerseus having over 1 million health!
The question basically comes down to how much Bronze you're willing to invest into getting faster acquisition in the future and how long you plan to play.
Gear Upgrades are quite powerful in terms of stats! In addition, don't worry too much about upgrading a Rare item in case you get a better one later. There is a
Bronze Discount
or 95% once you've already leveled up a piece of gear to that level making it much cheaper and easier to upgrade a piece the second time.
Threads and Bronze Farming
This has now been fixed
The best way to farm power right now is
Frog farming
and it's not even close. Everything else pales in comparison to just Frog Farming as you get stats and Bronze at an insane rate. It's probably the only way to efficiently get enough "gear" for the Heroic+ raids.

From testing, 1 hour of Frog Farming gave about 43k

. Depending on density and efficiency of tagging this will fluctuate quite a bit, but it's A LOT of good loot. Why does this work so well?

can be turned in 10 at a time for reputation, but also

contains a random gem allowing you to easily get Legendary stat gems of your choice.
Scrigno di Tesori Infiniti
always contains 1 Epic Thread gaining you permanent stats to your cloak.
With around 4k
Talismano Inferiore Portafortuna
from a one hour session though, it actually takes quite a lot of time to get through these and turn them all in. Here's a good way to turn them in quickly.
Clear your bags!
Go to any reputation vendor and find the quest id of the repeatable turn-in.
Download
this Weakaura
and paste the quest ID of the repeatable turn-in (80427 for Golden Lotus).
If the quest NPC has another quest on them, you won't need to click on the NPC every time you turn-in. I like Golden Lotus for this reason.
Make the below macro and spam it while the Weakaura just spam turns in quests and bask in the loot shower!

Conclusion
If you plan on doing Heroic raids or Mythic Siege of Orgimmar, the raids are unfortunately tuned quite high and many stats are going to be needed in order to defeat these raids. No other content gives stats at the insane rate that Frog Farming does, so good luck at the Frog Farm!
