Doesn't just banish a Burning Exile, kills it. Not the same as warlocks' Banish.

You won't get xp or loot from the Exile unless you tag it first with a spell or hit.

Only gives a percentage of the mob's normal XP. The % of XP you get is equal to the % of it's total health you've done to it before you Banish it with this item.

They drop from water elementals that are level 38-39.
Cords are 66-30.
I would recommend checking the AH before farming these if you don't like to grind out these.
The drop rate of Cresting Charms was not a good one around 8 drops for 36 kills (22%) .

I would also add that you must attack them at least once before using Cresting Charm or you can't loot the mob.

This seems to be the only drop rate that is accurate (after reading the other comments, I think it's been raised again). Out of 6 elementals I've gotten 5 charms, 2 elemental waters and 15 enchanced waters. This is going extremely fast, while the others took like atleast 5 mobs to get one if you were lucky....

As of now I was doing some lore master quests in the area the drop rate on these seems to have went up significantly. I was able to obtain around 6 in a few seconds of clearing the area. So if you're hard on cash just kill a few for the warrior quest.
