A quick note about using this: It will launch you on a super high parabolic trajectory, similar to Falling Flame

For instance, in the Timeless Isle, if you're outside the Celestial Court, at the south gate (37,68), pointed towards Ordon Sanctuary, it will put you into the far northeast corner at (58,24), which is about 3/4 of the map in about 5-6 secs. It's great for going from low points to high points super quickly, but the reverse is a lot trickier: high points can send you careening into Fatigue territory quite easily.

If you use this in conjunction with one of the slow fall umbrella toys, like Delicate Jade Parasol, you can actually steer. Unfortunately, you also fall very slowly so it takes quite a bit of frantic circling to land somewhere near the spot you want, and if you click off the slow fall buff you instantly lose the ability to steer.

i wish i could buy these from a vendor, they're so useful in the isle of thunder! It's great to use this item, and then when i'm roughly around where i want to land, use Blink and it'll cancel the launch, dropping you at your destination.

Props to whatever dev remembered the Falling Flame from MoP and created this version of it for use in Remix. Very useful for traveling in the no-fly zones, especially with the Windweaver tinker gem to negate fall damage!

Have to say, this item is completely broken as a DH, you can literally just fly in no fly zones, getting from one side to the other in matter of seconds.
