I used this once and got a single, rank 2 Mycobloom.

Kinda like how when I use Green Thumb (which doubles gather) I always somehow get an odd number of herbs lmao

Used this while gathering a Lush Blessing Blossom. My Finesse showed 11% prior to using the Empowered Mulch, and then 16% after using it. I then gathered the blessing blossom and received a measly 3 of them, all rank one. I did get a Verdant Seed as well, but I believe the chance of getting a seed is tied to your Perception and has nothing to do with Finesse.

For the mats required to make the Empowered Mulch, I'm not seeing the benefit of it just yet.

This would need to give you 100% finesse for your next 10 gathering to be worth the mats cost!
