Once you're 40/40 Trained Tracker, just like in Dragonflight, there is "spot" where you can summon a RARE (indicated by silver medal) Elite Mob. (not to be confused with Supreme Lure specific mob, or just regular elite mob)

These specific "spot" has it's own area name, that you can see on top of your minimap, so aslong as you in this "Sub Zone" you're in correct place, no need to be 1:1 with coordiantes.

These "Rare Elite" hit quite hard and have a lot of HP so be mindful, they can be cc'd.

Remember you need 40/40 Trained Tracker to summon these, although idk if you need it to guaranteed getting "rare" skins from it (Carapace Senzasole and Pelle Tonante)

As of writing this, ALL my skinnin alt have 10 Luring 40 Trained tracker 25 Tanning. With the equipment (ilvl vary, but the +skill gain from equipment the same for all green version, and i got multiple of those rare skin without sharpen knife

Both added in 10.1.7

So maybe we'll get a way to know what we have to find in 11.1.7

With Trained Tracker 40 I used this item in front of the Attenzione: Galleria Crollata and succesfully summoned Elettroscaglia Gigantesco Elusivo. I don't know If it was a fluke. I don't know if there's a small chance to summon rares randomly, it seems to be the case for elites summon by this item. But in description of the Trained Tracker 40 It says you can summon rare creates in specific places. It dropped:

1 x Mandibola Scheggiata
3 x Filetto Base

When skinned using Affilatura Coltello it dropped:

5 x Chitina di Tenebre
2 x Carapace Senzasole
3 x Tempesta Imbottigliata
1 x Filetto Base

@FakeGodz's reply's correct, It seems to be tied with the zones. Look at his/her comment for spawn locations.
