50% of the time you will get Goccia di Muco or another grey. Though it looks like your first drop is a material (for instance, you can get enchanting shards) to continue the wasteful deception of making you throw these away manually, since they don't vendor.

About 40% of the time you will get meat or a fish. I'm writing this at the start of the expac and that's about 18g, high end.

The remaining 10% of the time you will get dust or a shard. Those are the only valuable things.
