There is a variant with haste/crit and a proc that increases primary stat.

The description of the proc is:

Your spells and abilites have a chance to excavate increasingly rarer treasures granting you up to <X primary stat> for 20 sec. Resets after your 3rd excavation.

And the procs seem to be following:

Uncommon Treasure
Rare Treasure
Epic Treasure

You can have all three up at the same time as well.
