This makes a randomly generated yellow card. So far I have made 2 of them, one was 415 iLVL and the other forged to 420, as with all items outside AZ pieces it seems so far everything can forge.

I have NO IDEA where to make red and blue if that is even a thing.

The blueprint came out of the recycleable parts bundle daily in junkwatt.

Rewards a 415 ilvl yellow punch card. I just crafted this today and received Scheda Logica Raffinata Polivalente Warforged @ 420.

Seems to be random as I also crafted Scheda Logica Efficace Performante.

Requires 1 Spare Crate, 1 Galvanic Oscillator, and 1 Energy Cell to craft.

So how do you actually unlock it to make them? I still have the little "lock" next to the source description and I've been doing the recycling repeatable quest over and over and still have not unlocked it to craft it.

I had this drop from the rig event, crafted 3 cards. Came out as 415 twice and 425 (warforged) as third craft.

I read the other comments and decided to give this a chance since I had a 404 in the yellow slot... I was able to produce a titanforged 440 ilvl card! with stats +176 crit strike and +58 mastery. Time to play the lottery.

It can titanforge (crafted 10, got 9x 415 and 1x 430). However, it's all yellow punchcards with secondary stats. Secondary stats scale very slowly with item level. A 415 punch card with your best stats will be better than a titanforged with one of your lower priority stats.

Can confirm these can Titanforge to 455. got 2 in 40 crafts.

After 8.3 the cards you get from this are now 430 ilvl baseline. However, from my (limited) testing it seems they can no longer war/titanforge.

The recipe now says it's 430 as well.

I'm not sure if anyone else has run into this, but as of 8.3, it seems like the stats of the punchcards does not line up with what you actually get when you socket it.

For reference, I just crafted a 430 (new base ilvl) yellow punchcard with +180 vers +60 haste into my trinket, yet the trinket now displays +176 vers +58 haste. This is not just a display issue on my end; when I unequip the item, I have 176—not 180—less vers. When I shift-right click the trinket, the punchcard still shows giving the full stats (+180 vers +60 haste).

Is there a maximum amount of stats allowed by this punchcard (i.e., capped at ilvl 425), or is there some kind of bug happening here? Should I try to equip another 430 punchcard and see if that gives me the full stats?

Farmed enough mats for 16 crafts, and every single one came out as 430. I know it isn't a huge test, but in 16 crafts one would normally of forged if it could.

I just made 6 of these because my socketed yellow card was a level 420 +174 haste and +59 vers. The mouse over said the created item would be a 430 level card.
I got:
2 +180 Vers +60 Mast
1 +180 Mast +60 Haste
1 +180 haste +60 Crit
1 +180 Vers +60 Haste
1 +180 Mast +60 Vers

Obviously there are many more permutations that can be created. Good luck on the one your looking for.
