This can easily be the highest dps amulet for most players before outland, 32 ap would require ~15 or more strength to be better than this.

Great for all melee classes.

don't be so quick to rate people down: for warriors, 15 strength + kings > 32 AP, so jay is actually about right. however, for rogues, hunters, shammies, 32 AP is much better.

let one of them have it, because warriors can just use this. 15 strength with 5 stam to boot. they are so cheap to make or buy; just keep getting a new one when the charges run out. much, much easier to obtain and you can get it 25 LEVELS before this one!

Upgrades nicely from http://www.cuckhead.com/?item=6723 (Medal of Courage) from a quest chain in Strangelthorn Vale, especially from a DPS standpoint. Tanks may prefer the 20 extra health provided by that neckpiece, but it hardly makes a difference at this high a level, and tanks should probably be going for something else anyway.
