Optimal Enchanting Leveling Path 76 - 100

Enchanted Crests: Crests will likely be the cheapest way to level Enchanting. Obtaining the recipes should be easy since they are just World Drops from various activities, however, you will be relying on other players to place Crafting Orders.

Enchantments: There is a large variety of high-end Enchants that you can use to level all the way to 100/100. If you have the gold, you can use the Profession Trainer Learned Weapon Enchantments to maximize your level. You also can use the Authority Weapon Enchantments, Radiant Ring Enchantments, Chant Cloak/Bracer Enchantments, and Chest Enchantments. Which recipe you choose will likely depend on the current crafting cost as well as which recipe you have collected.

Wands/Profession Tools: For players who want to utilize the Crafting Order system, they can craft Wands and Profession Tools for other players to increase their Skill to 100/100 as well.

Runed Bismuth Rod should be crafted a few times around 20 skill. It gives three points for only ten storm dust.

If you have tons of BOEs from alts, you can keep Disincantamentoing all the way upto 25. Skill points gain will slow down after 10 and then further slows down at every +5 mark. Between 20 - 25, you will have to DE over a dozen items.

when starting out, which stat for the runed rod, or any other gear that stats can be picked on?

It seems a smart choice to always start your knowledge point placement with 5 in Ephemerals, Enrichments and Equipment followed by 15 in Deceptive Decorations. In doing so, you gain 23 new formulas for Gleeful Glamours, and through the first craft bonus, gain 23 knowledge points. So by doing this you get:

A net gain of 3 knowledge points
Probably 115 acuity, didn't check
You know every glamour and you are quite skilled at making them, so you can make (or are really close to being able to make) Q2 with Q2 mats without concentrating - easy patron orders

Edit: Also note that like 80% of patron orders are for glamours. And, you don't need 20 points to do this, just spend 5 to unlock Deceptive Decorations and the new recipes you learn will keep feeding you knowledge to learn the next set of recipes, on and on until you know them all.
