So it looks like if you do the quests on a single character for 16 days, you'll get all the pets. Can we safely assume there's no need to do it on additional characters?

Do we need to do all the "days" consecutively? Or, can we do the "daily" tasks on different days in case we cannot play one (or more) days?

Another way to put it - if I don't play for a couple days do I pick up where I left off, or do I need start from the beginning again?

Based on the first, so far, the hatchlings cannot be caged.
Even if you were able to get more than one, with that in mind, they couldn't be sold.

So, if I don't turn in a hatchling quest, can I run around with it front of me all the time? (With another one as a pet, too.)

it's actually 10 pets, not 8.... 5 battle pets and 5 non-combat pets

Unfortunately, these quests don't refresh/spawn right after reset time. It's closer to 24 hours after each prior one was done.

I just completed 'Hibernation', the last quest, and I received Posidriss but I did not get an achievement or a title. Looking at the 'Hey Nanny Nanny' achievement progress, it says I'm lacking Rusziona, Belastrasza, & Zhusadormu? I don't seem to be able to click on them or anything. Anyone else run into this, please? Thank you.
