Tip: You need to be on the same world level to use /way commands. IE: /way #,# from Dornogal will not work for Ringing depths. Until you go through the portal where you are on the same world level as Ringing Depths

Agreed that I couldn't find this during the early portions of the main story questline in this area. Not sure exactly how early in the quest progression it finally becomes available, but you should be able to locate it by the time you get the quest to return to Gundargaz after investigating the area, as I was able to loot it on the way out.
