Odd there hasn't been commented on this, considering this may well be the best raid consumable Engineering got in a while. This button can be pressed at any time in combat (see below) for a wipe recovery. No need for combat disengage coordination, last second battle resses or even Ankhs.

Testing both the prototype and the actual item (which seem to be the same):

Out of combat the button pedestal doesn't appear.
In combat it pops up and can be pressed.
Pressing it, a couple of seconds later C.H.I.-1 will spawn.
It seems to follow me endlessly until combat drops, then it casts Invocation de câlins de masse.
It tumbles over shortly after (which is honestly kind of sad) so no explosion like the SAVIOR.

Apparently, the button only stays up as long as the one who set it up is alive.
Best to use this on a tank and/or to set up multiple from different people.
