The shellcrab in the tree is a little rascal, hiding in one of the outer branches of the tree.

I've collected all the crabs, and checked the coordinates with a /tar macro just to make sure. When I go back, I can talk to the Freysworn Letitia, but there are no further options. There are five green-text crabs on the ground, and a purple glowing crab under the tree. But I can't seem to loot anything? It appears to be bugged or stuck. Anyone else having this issue?

When I speak with Freysworn Letitia she doesn't offer any dialogue so I can't get the branch. Is it on a timer?
