I completed about 20 experimentations across all varieties of herbs and did get two discoveries. I'm wondering if the text, "no matter the cost", indicates a decrease in success rate for discoveries.

How do you get formulated courage I am at level 62 out of a 100 and I do not have this recipe yet or learned it rather. Something I am missing?

If you're confused by the extremely vague tooltip, this item seems to remove the chance for Expérience sauvage to fail. No idea if it reduces the chance to actually learn new recipes but if you want to mill through a lot of herbs without having to wait 10 minutes every time you fail, use this.

So not to Meticulous Experimentation only to Wild Experimentation.
