Sphère de transmutation de Silas turns into one of 4 random items:

Fiole de guérison perpétuelle de Silas: a reusable Potion de soins côtière.
Carafe de déguisement de Silas: a costume item, similar to the Pièce aux nombreuses faces (except non-player models).
Pierre de transport de Silas: summons an interactable eye, which allows you to teleport to any npc hub in your current zone.
Potion de prospérité de Silas: doubles(?) the proc chance of your Rank 3 BfA alchemy craftables for 10 minutes.

And finally you can loot cauldrons for random BfA potions and flasks.

From the very little testing I did, it seemed like this might in fact double your proc rate.

I did 100 potion crafts without and with this effect, producing 146 and 191 respectively.

Sample size is obviously very small, so it could have just been a fluke, but will have to see once it goes live.

I haven't personally seen bigger procs than 7 potions per craft without the stone, but with the stone I managed to get procs of 15 and 10 respectively. When crafting a batch of 50 potions I ended up with 98 thanks to frequent small procs of 2, 3, and 5, and the two massive procs of 15 and 10. Well worth the craft, and definitely worth it to keep playing the Silas Stone lottery until you get this version of the item to make a big batch of potions and flasks to sell or use!
