Datamined Mythic+ Necrotic Wake Hotfixes - Mutilate and Tenderize Nerfs

We've datamined a couple spells that have gotten nerfed in Necrotic Wake, which will affect players that are doing Mythic+. The two hard hitting Tank abilities in the Necropolis have gotten nerfed!
Necrotic Wake Strategy Guide

on Surgeon Stitchflesh encounter nerfed by 16.7%.

now increases Physical damage done by 12% per stack (was 15%).

These changes make the Necropolis area of Necrotic Wake slightly better, but overall Tanks are still going to get absolutely smacked due to the combination of increased Physical damage and then a big
Estropier
. Unless Blizzard has changed how often
Attendrir
is cast, Tanks will still have to outrange the spells on high keys in order to drop their stacks, and since it's an anti-kite mechanic, will be used on the nearest player in melee. It is a welcome change though, considering how hard that trash currently hits Tanks.
