Mordanticus Creates Lore Themed Hearthstone Decks
We've recently noticed Mordanticus, a Hearthhead user, uploading a ton of really awesome lord themed Hearthstone decks. So whether you're a World of Warcraft fan or just like seeing cards that look like they belong together, here are a few decks that are sure to scratch that itch. They may not be that competitive (or competitive at all), but they're really awesome when you try to imagine them as a physical group of minions. Surely with enough time, at least in Wild, there will come a time where these are actually viable though.

Attack the Meta - A Challenger Appears
Welcome to Hearthhead’s new Attack the Meta! Effective with this meta report, we’re trying something new, based on feedback we’ve received since introducing the Midweek Meta Review back in January. those decks!

Peter Whalen Interview Summary - Titans Were Axed, Herald Volazj Copied Your Opponent
The Golden Wisp podcast
recently had Game Designer Peter Whalen on to talk about Whispers of the Old Gods, Hearthstone, and the design process behind everyone's favorite online card game. Haven't heard of Peter before? Probably because he's not normally in the limelight, just looking at
his Twitter
for example, he only has two tweets and 41 followers. But you can really ignore all that because despite not being the one to normally do this, he's very well spoken and has a ton to say (and reveal) about the production of Old Gods.

Breaking Down The Different Types of Renolock
is just one of many neutral legendaries that Blizzard has released in hopes of creating new deck types. Needless to say they were successful, but if you've been under a rock, here's the rundown. If your deck contains no duplicate cards when you play Reno, you'll be healed to full health. This means you can run more than one copy of a card as long as at least one of them has been drawn or played prior to the Reno activation. And healing up to 29 points of damage is no joke.

What Neutral Legendaries from Old Gods are Worth Crafting?
The
first part of this article
gave crafting advice on the class legendaries from Whispers of the Old Gods. Today we're taking a look at the neutrals in hopes that you won't end up with that terrible feeling in your gut, knowing you wasted 1600 arcane dust on a card that's just going to gather regular, old, boring dust in your collection.
As always, we recommend you wait two to three weeks after a new set releases before making any big decisions on crafting since the meta shifts so quickly after the initial wave.

Climbing the Ladder: Winning with C'Thun Warrior
We're releasing a special weekend version of Climbing the Ladder thanks in large part to Ephemi who let us publish one heck of a C'Thun Warrior guide on their behalf. What Legendaries from Old Gods are Worth Crafting? - Class Cards
Remember that time you crafted a class Legendary and then proceeded to never use it? Me too. We've all been there. Which is why I've taken the stance of waiting a few weeks until after the meta has settled to see what truly ends up being good and bad. Admittedly it can be kind of hard to tell which of the game's rarest cards are worth investing in unless you're actually aware of what's actually being played. So we're going to be taking a look at some of the Whispers of the Old Gods legendaries now that the meta has had about two weeks to settle down.

Blizzard Looking to Address Twitch Harassment after DreamHack Incident
Terrance Miller
There's been
story after story
following DreamHack last week regarding the harassment of competitor Terrence Miller, a black Hearthstone player who climbed the entire bracket to face Chakki in the finals. During the stream, Twitch chat was filled to the brim with racist comments whenever he appeared on camera. The problem was so large that the group of volunteer moderators couldn't keep up. One of said mods has since
put out a statement
talking about the impossible situation they were put in.
All of this has marred both Hearthstone and the first ever DreamHack hosted in the United States. Blizzard's president Mike Morhaime
spoke with Polygon
today and committed to working with Twitch to eliminate these type of situations.

The Problem With Conquest - RDU Speaks Out
There are two primary formats in competitive Hearthstone: Conquest and Last Hero Standing. Each has it's own pros and cons, but Blizzard has long been a supporter of Conquest, opting to use it for all Blizzard sanctioned events - effectively making it the official gametype of Hearthstone. But before we dive into Dima "Rdu" Radu's statement, lets take a look at how these formats work for those of you who are unfamiliar.
