We've been hard at work datamining all the new changes for Diablo 4's Patch 1.3.3! Take a look at the raw data we've gathered below.
Editor's Note:
this datamined information comes directly from the Diablo 4 client. While some of it may differ to what was described in patch notes, this is the current information live in Patch 1.3.3.
These changes may have already entered the game due to the nature of Blizzard's release process - while the items aren't necessarily new to this specific patch release, they are new to the latest comparison of patch changes.
Here are the datamined changes for build 1.3.3.50570, compared to 1.3.2.49764.
Generate Fury: 13 15
Bash the enemy with your weapon, dealing 30% 33% damage. After bashing enemies 4 times, your next Bash will Stun for 1.25 seconds, this increases to 2 seconds if using a Two-Handed weapon.
Basic Skills generate 7% 10%\ more Fury when using Two-Handed weapons.
Generate Fury: 13 15
Unleash a rapid flurry of blows, dealing 22% 24% damage with each pair of hits.
After being a Werebear for 2 seconds, deal 30% 50%\ increased damage for 15 seconds.
Generate Spirit: 12 15
Shapeshift into a Werewolf and claw at an enemy for 22% 25% damage.
Generate Spirit: 13 16
Sunder the earth, impaling the first enemy hit for 17% 19% damage.
Generate Spirit: 17 20
Shapeshift into a Werebear and maul enemies in front of you, dealing 22% 24% damage.
Storm Skills that you cast grant 1 Spirit and deal 15% 20%\ increased damage when damaging a Vulnerable, Immobilized or Slowed enemy.
Passive: 1 poison creeper periodically emerges from the ground every 7 seconds, applying 6% 7% Poisoning damage over 6 seconds to an enemy in the area.
Active: Vines strangle all surrounding enemies, Immobilizing them for 2 seconds and Poisoning them for 45% 63% damage over 2 seconds.
When a Shapeshifting Skill transforms you into a different form, it deals 5% 7%\ increased damage.
Passive: 1 Raven flies above you and periodically attacks your enemies for 24% 31% damage every 5 seconds.
Active: The target area is swarmed with ravens, dealing 250% 300% damage over 6 seconds.
While Healthy, deal 25% 30%\ increased damage, and 25% 30%\ increased Overpower damage.
Generate Spirit: 14 16
Conjure a piercing blade of wind, dealing 18% 20% damage.
Passive: Summon 2 wolf companions that bite enemies for 11% 14% damage.
Active: Direct your wolves to focus an enemy, leaping to them and striking for 135% 200% damage.
Unleash concentrated blight that deals 30% 40% damage and leaves behind a defiled area, dealing 15% 17% damage over 6 seconds.
Draw blood from enemies, dealing 20% damage, and expel a blood nova, dealing 50% 70% damage. Blood Surge's nova damage is increased by 10% 5%\ per enemy drained, up to 50%\.
Conjure a tidal wave of blood that deals 120% 150% damage and Knocks Back enemies.
Detonate a Corpse, dealing 70% 85% damage to surrounding enemies.
Lucky Hit: Darkness Skills have up to a 15% chance to Stun for 1 seconds. seconds and deal 20% Shadow damage to them.
Close enemies take 2%\ more damage from you and deal 3% 4% less damage to you.
Death's Reach Approach

Unleash a flurry of stabs and slashes, striking enemies in front of you 4 times and dealing a total of 60% 66% damage to each.
When you reach 6 4 stacks of Precision, your next Marksman Ultimate or Core Skill is a guaranteed Critical Strike and deals 50%\ increased Critical Strike Damage, consuming all stacks of Precision. This damage is further increased by 15%\ of your Critical Strike Damage bonus.
Current Bonus: 61.2% 57.5%\
Arrows rain down over a large area 2 times, each wave dealing 100% 110% damage.
Rapidly fire 5 arrows, each dealing 30% 33% damage.
Lucky Hit: Your Frost Skills have up to a 10% chance to make your next cast of Ice Shards, Frozen Orb, or Blizzard consume no Mana and deal 40% 45%\ increased damage. Chance is doubled against Vulnerable enemies.
Discharge a ball of lightning that slowly moves forward, continually zapping enemies for 18% 19% damage.
Summon a 3-headed hydra for 10.0 seconds. Each head spits fire at enemies, dealing 12% 14% damage.
Your Barriers have a 5%\ an 8%\+] increased duration.
Channel a beam of fire, Burning enemies for 54% 76% damage per second. Damage per second increases over 2 seconds, up to 72%. 102%.
Every time you Stun an enemy, you deal 15% 20% Lightning damage to them.
Lucky Hit: Frost Skills have up to a 3% 5% chance to instantly Freeze.
After standing still for 1.5 seconds, your Your Pyromancy Skills cost 5% 4% less Mana. Mana and deal 2%\ increased damage. Double these bonuses after standing still for 2 seconds.
Damaging a Stunned enemy with Bash generates an additional 3 5 Fury, or 4 10 Fury if using a Two-Handed weapon.
Flay has a 15% chance to make the enemy Vulnerable for 2 3 seconds. Double this chance when using a Two-Handed weapon.
While Call of the Ancients is active, gain 20%\ bonus Attack Speed and 10% 20%\ increased damage.
Reduce the Cooldown of your Ultimate Skill by 1 2 second for each enemy damaged by Ground Stomp.
Iron Skin also grants 15% 20% Maximum Life (0) as Fortify. Double this amount if cast while below 50% Life.
Earth Spike has a 10% 15% chance to Stun for 2.5 seconds.
If an enemy is hit by Maul, then Fortify for 3% 5% of your Maximum Life (1).
Claw applies 2% 3% Poisoning damage over 6 seconds.
Fortify for 8% 12% of your Maximum Life (1) whenever Earth Spike damages enemies who are Stunned, Immobilized, or Knocked Back.
Maul has a 20% chance to Knock Down enemies for 1.5 2 seconds.
Wind Shear grants 3 4 additional Spirit for each enemy hit beyond the first.
Enemies inside of Bone Prison when cast are Vulnerable. made Vulnerable for 8 seconds.
Sever damages enemies along its path for 40% 75% of its initial damage.
Blight has a 30% chance to Immobilize enemies for 1.5 2.5 seconds on impact.
Every 3rd cast of Sever makes enemies Vulnerable for 2 3 seconds.
Corpse Explosion deals 8% 10%\ increased damage to enemies that are Slowed, Stunned or Vulnerable. These damage bonuses can stack.
You and your Minions deal 15% 20%\ increased damage to enemies within Blight.
Each time an enemy is hit by Blood Surge's nova, you are Fortified for 1.1% of your Maximum Life (1). While you have Fortify for over 50% of your Maximum Life, Blood Surge deals 20% 30%\ increased damage.
Evading through an enemy will cause your next Flurry to deal 30%\ increased damage and Stun enemies for 2.5 seconds.
Enemies in Caltrops take 10%\ increased damage from you, increased by 5%\ each second. second, up to 45%\
Flurry deals 20%\ increased damage to Vulnerable enemies. If Flurry hits any Vulnerable enemy it will make all enemies hit by that cast Vulnerable for 3 seconds.
Enemies deal 25% 30% less damage while Burning from Incinerate.
