Loot Sangue de Wendigo from Wendigo mobs

Use the reagents on Shimmer Ridge and kill the summoned demon

Obtain Tomo Agourento from Voodoo Trolls in Echo Isles

Use the reagents on the summoning circle near Zalazane and kill the summoned demon

Obtain Tomo Agourento from Kobolds in Jasperlode Mine

Use the reagents on the summoning circle at The Slaughtered Lamb Inn in the Mage Quarter in Stormwind and kill the summoned demon.

Receive O orbe de Soran'ruk from Doan Karhan in South Barrens (49, 57) This will require you to loot 3x Fragmento de Soran'ruk and 1x Fragmento Grande de Soran'ruk.

Once you have looted these items. Return to Doan Karhan and turn the quest in.

Recieve the follow-up quest , this will ask you to find Orbe de Des, and Ramo de Altek.
Orbe de Des can be found at the top of the Tower of the Ilgalar in Redridge Mountains. This will either require a group, or very particular pet management to lure the elite away while you loot.
Ramo de Altek can be found at the top of the Tower of Althalaxx in Darkshore. Again, this will either require a group, or very particular pet management to lure the elite away while you loot.
Return to Doan Karhan in South Barrens (49, 57) once completed and turn the quest in.

Accept the follow-up quest , This will require you to loot 10x Sangue da Legião.
Sangue da Legião Can be found by slaying Açoitadeira Mannoroc, Infernal Abrasador, Guarda Vil, and Farejador Legionário at Felfire Canyon, South-East Ashenvale.
After obtaining the blood, locate the altar in Demon Fall Ridge south of Felfire Canyon. The altar is near the obelisk dedicated to Grommash Hellscream. You will click on this altar to begin a summoning ritual, waves of demons must be defeated while standing inside the summoning circle. (It is currently speculated that you must Drenar Alma on the waves of demons to trigger the next event).
After you complete the waves of demons, will appear from the portal.

Receive from . This will require you to report back to Doan Karhan in South Barrens (49, 57).

Return to the Barrens and turn in the quest to receive the final step, which will grant you Metamorfose. Congratulations!

Westfall - Pickpocket the Defias in Westfall until you receive an envelope. Inside the envelope should be a note and a key. The note will show your next destination and the key will unlock a chest at this location. The Rune will be found within this chest.

Loch Modan - Pickpocket Dark Iron Dwarves in Loch Modan until you receive a Cofre de Ferro Negro, which Requires Lockpicking Level 1.

Darkshore - Kill Naga at Cliffspring River Cave in Darkshore until they drop a key. At the end of the cave, there will be a ledge with the three mob pack and a chest that contains the rune.

The Barrens - Pickpocket Canhoneiro dos Mares do Sul south of Ratchet to loot Caixa de Fósforos dos Bucaneiros.
Then up on the hill is a wooden camp area. There is a gunpowder bucket at 61.78, 45.80. Click it to blow it up, and then you can open a chest and receive Dança de Lâminas

This rune is sold by Grizzby, located in Ratchet. In order to purchase this rune, Grizzby will require you to complete the following pre-quests.
Turbocompressores de retalhador - You will need to bring Grizzby 16 Turbocompressor de Retalhador. These are acquired by using Unidade Retalhadora Autorrecuperável on Venture Co. Shredders in the Windshear Crag, Stonetalon Mountains.

Mulgore: At the Bael'Dun Digsite southwest of Thunder Bluff in Mulgore you can find a chest, . To open it you will need to loot Chave do Depósito de Artefatos from nearby Dwarves. Inside you will find Ícone Sulfúreo.

Durotar: East of Razor Hill is a Makrura Congelado trapped in ice inside a small hut. Use Fire spells to stack a Fire Damage debuff five times, then Ícone Sulfúreo can be looted.

Westfall: Dropped by Pilhador Défias in Westfall.

Loch Modan: Found in a hut on the northern island in Loch Modan (South Hut on top island look for stack of books).

The Barrens: Can be looted from the Butim do Kolkar chests in The Barrens, which has three locations: 44.3, 37.7, 52.8, 41.8 and 43.0, 23.5. You will need to loot Chave do Butim de Kolkar from Kolkar mobs in the zone to open the chest.

Silverpine Forest: Dropped from Aprendiz de Dalaran in Silverpine Forest.

Head to Raven Hill in western Duskwood. Go into the north eastern crypt, head down and take a left into the first big room. Close to the entrance there will be an object that you can interact with that will contain a Filactério Decrépito.

Exit the crypt, and instead head to the crypt in western Raven Hill. Go down and take a right into the room that has a stone throne.

In the room you will find Ossos Adormecidos that you can use the Phylactery on. This will summon a level 25 Elite Lich that casts Banish. This elite drops Anotações de feitiços: Regeneração em Massa.
