Since you can't avoid it's dmg, like with the mobs from Siege of Bolarus, as they were aiming on the ground, or flesh crafter from NW, where you could CC it and break CC when it's about to cast next at your direction, its unlikely this will be a must feature for this key. This spell is targeting random players, if it targets non immunity class, say, bolstered x10 or raging, you're dead. Nobody plays hpala in keys and barely any prot pallies to save you. Using 1-3 explosions to do some dmg, yeah, ofc, but trying to 5head and utilize it A LOT, nope.
Do Moroes's guests count as boss enemies or non-boss enemies? I'd assume they're boss enemies but all types of CC works on them...
Good tip but this guide was really hard to follow. Lots of comma spliced, run-on sentences and way to much text for what could have easily been condensed down to a single paragraph accompanied by a chart/graph.
Incoming next hotfix in 3... 2... 1... : "Volatile Charge's damage affects only players, not mobs"If you read the tooltip of Volatile Charge, it clearly stats "to the target and nearby allies", not everyone. This pretty sure is a bug and most likely will be fixed soon.
Well, for high keys that would certainly incentivize bringing a comp with 5 immunities. The question also would be, if that ability is target-capped as well. If not, that might honestly be the easiest solution for this mob. Cap at 5 or even 8 targets and prefer the players for those targets. And with 3 of those Wardens which you pull in pretty quick succession, you won't have immunities for all of them anyway. So you really can't use this strategy indefinitely to begin with, as it was the case with the previous mobs.
This should be hotfixes and Volatile Charge damage lowered by 50% to compensate.
