Should've put it at the end of Neltharus so BS would have to clear or extend a lockout if they wanted to craft anything like Alch/LW.
So the Altar of Decay is at the end of a fricking dungeon but this one just easy to access. Somebody hates alchemists at Blizzard?
"One part of the game has a bad design, so other parts of the game should be at least as bad.” is not the compelling argument some here seem to think it is.I’d rather hear folks say “This is another example of a reasonable way to make a special crafting station (as with the tailoring cloth stations). So it would be great if Blizz would add an Altar of Decay somewhere like this that is not locked inside an instance.”
Remember when blizzard let you craft anywhere because they realized that having to go to a specific dungeon or raid just to craft something was the dumbest possible thing so they changed it not to be the case? Why did they think bringing that back was a good idea? It doesn't add any immersion for their to arbitrarily be something required to craft that wasn't before. The anvil at least is something that we have had thermal anvils and now a pet to handle, It's still a huge Loss that crafting stations exist at all but at least they were in cities. Except for this, The alter of decay should be in the overworld as a short term fix, and in the long term you should be able to go back to crafting anywhere you want.
Did this move? it does. i found it with the new Fyrakk assault in Azure Span.
This week the anvil is at /way The Azure Span 53.9 30.3 and forge is at /way The Azure Span 53.1 31.4
