A very nice looking sword which matches his nice armour as well.
i... dont understandhow does he have anything like this? i can understand having a lookalike ashbringer... but a real one? do we just really really not care anymore?
A simple but neat sword. I really like it, it's not over the top.
I wonder how they retcon this?
Damn. Will be nice to meet him again in some capacity. Yet, why is there another Ashbringer blade? Are there two now?Ah yes, It's Blizzard, they retcon everything.
Seems like a weapon that may have been a re-creation of the Ashbringer, due to his actions in life. It's likely more a look-alike rather than the real thing, but clearly inspired.
So what you're saying is that we can kill and loot him, right?Because I want that damn transmog on my Paladin!
love that ASbringer.
Don't you dare Ned Stark him, Alexandros...
It's Swaggbringer.
Title is typo'd, says "Asbringer".
Yeah the likely explanation is it's either a sword made to look like the original, just death-y or it's basically a manifestation of his memories using the real one in life.
Edge of the sword feels small to me compare to original Corrupted Ashbringer
Oh! My paladin is hungry! Need it! :)
I mean, considering he died, I wouldn't have thought his soul would be able to transpose along with a physical weapon, so his being, including any clothing and weaponry he holds, would just be like a spectral vision based on his own memory. Just like how ghosts (as far as stories go) wear the clothes they died in.But that's only if the Shadowlands is some form of afterlife, like a spectral plane inhabited by only ghosts and souls, and nothing physical. It is a fantasy world, afterall.
