~~Yesterday's global 50% Flightstone discount wouldn’t apply to it~~ This appears to have been hotfixed as of 10:00 PDT

The 50% Flightstone discount for having a higher weapon on your account doesn't apply

The 100% crest discount for having a higher weapon on your character doesn't apply

Legendary Upgrading Datamining

ID: 360 is the 12 rank Awakened Bullion items

ID: 382 is the 14 rank Awakened Bullion items

ID: 405 is the 14 rank Legendary items

Global 50% Flightstone Discount50% Flightstone discountCrest and Flightstone Discount

When a character on your account has a higher item level piece of gear in that slot, you get a 50% Flightstone discount.

When your current character has a higher item level piece of gear in that slot, you get a 100% Crest discount.
