i need this ...
Super curious to how there going to portray Jaina in this, hope it will be a hardcover series, will deffo buy it. Since she's one of my favorite characters :3
I’m really sorry for Jaina! She has suffered and tried so hard so make peace in the world only to be betrayed and backstabbed! I totally understand her pain and anger.
The art on that is amazing!
wounder if you will be able to download and from where?
Probably not canon, written biased, and not in the correct warcraft appropriate themes, so might not read.... especially since we all know that Medan was in one of these comics and was retconned and the comic story-lines with it... RULE 1.) TRUST CHRONICLE ABOVE ALL ELSE!RULE 2.) MUST BE WRITTEN BY CHRISTIE GOLDEN!
So, ok...If Genn is down for seeing the forsaken as non-monsters, while Jaina maintains her stubborn hate for the horde...And Sylvanas is being positioned, among horde leaders, as the "living" embodiment of the faction conflict...How much you wanna bet we lose them both this expansion (at least "as leaders"), each at the hands of THEIR OWN factions... thus paving the way for a degree of mechanically facilitated faction agnosticism for PVE content?Either that or the various angles of seemingly impossible dissention ("Nathanos is uncomfortable") being presented are going to allow for a personal defection mechanic for PCs.I just can't see them going so balls deep on faction specific character customization (alled races) while maintaining the faction divide. "The Horde is there for you" (regarding bloodelves) and "you gotta look inside yourself" (regarding Zandalari) and their brazen disregard for RL friendships may be redeemed as a statement and an idea if we no longer have to make those choices between "be this race" or "play with these friends." The factions are good for the brand and the gameworld... they're terrible for the community and the game. We can have our cake and eat it too here, it's totally doable.
Not sure on the art style... Seems a bit manga, which doesn't really fit warcraft or strong female characters.

They'll probably be available from the main website soon; you can find all of the past ones under World of Warcraft > Story > Comics.Only the tabletop RPG is officially non-canonical. The Legion comics are all canon, so there's no reason that this one should be any different. It's designed to be an introduction to the expansion. And, yes, since Jaina is the pov character, it naturally will be... from her pov, and thus biased... to her perspective on what happened to her. That's how first-person narration works.
So, will those be available online or as physical comics? Neither this article nor the one on Kotaku makes that clear.
All of the past comics of this kind are on their website, so I imagine this one will be no different.
Valeera was with Varian's group when he confronted Thrall and Sylvanas in the Battle for Undercity? Interesting. Also, that Daelin death though! Good lord, man!
i can't wait to see this comic, jaina deserve something good for once (that is not dead).i wonder what the hell is she doing at the ruins of theramore, is she about to attack the horde?
Don't do this to Jaina, have her see reason, strive for peace once again. It was her most admirable trait, her conviction, to work for coexistence at such great cost to her personally multiple times. I don't like this hateful and imo shortsighted side of Jaina.
Well, Jaina's whereabouts from Legion are... disappointing. But can't wait to see where this goes. That panel where she left Kalec is sad.
