The Hunt is the Night Fae covenant ability for Demon Hunters, it is a 1 second cast time charge, that deals a massive amount of damage once it reaches the target.
What a lot of people don't know, is that it is considerably stronger as Vengeance because it scales with our
Mastery: Fel Blood. Which is not the case with Havoc. This along with
Fiery Brand, aswell as the Legendary
Spirit of the Darkness Flame (adding 75% damage to the Fiery Brand) makes us able to one shot people even in Arena!
Original plan was to more reliably one shot people without a crit, but the legendary thats suppose to give 225% damage boost on Fiery Brand is nerfed to 75% in PvP, quite a letdown after grinding for it.
Good news, since you are a tank and hunt only has a 1.5 minute cooldown, you can usually survive for a second attempt if you fail to one shot the enemy in the first go!
On a sidenote, at 7:43 you can see a rather irritating bug on Denathrius. He has a mechanic that he teleport behind the tank once he is out of melee range. However if the tank accidently (or purposely) decide to fall off the platform, the boss will teleport after him. This will count as the boss leaving the encounter area and then the boss will reset. This should probably get fixed...
