JES'RIMON GETS LORE, YAY.
There's still cobwebs in that rogue "class hall". Cobwebs! Blizzard, please, if it MUST be those stinking sewers... can we not at least have some gnomes clean those up for us, pretty please. I refuse to sit down and feast with other rogue buddies when there will be spiders dangling in front of my face.
Thistle Tea will be back?
Rogue Hall is still a complete letdown. Nothing appealing about it; just some old assets slapped together.
Glad they improved the rogue hall. Now maybe they can actually work on giving DKs a new class hall too? I still think its VERY unfair that everyone else gets a new class hall, but DKs get the exact same old structure, with the same old low-res textures, and with its very confined and cramped spaces making it the tiniest class hall in the game.If druids could get a NEW class hall rather than a slightly reworked Moonglade, then we Dks should get a NEW class hall rather than a completely unaltered Acherus.
Because noth's special brew was made using the skulls of crusaders o.o (they arent a cooking ingredient)
The rogue class hall looks amazing! Much better than some old burnt down manor in the middle of no where. People who don't like it are going to have to cope or reroll another class that has their class hall in the pink pillow princess palace they wanted. If you need me I'll be at the class hall bar with a dagger in my boot, like a real rogue.
Tess Greymane? Since when is Genn's daughter a rogue? She not just in the order hall she's seated at the table of the Uncrowned. How did she even become a member of such a group she has no reputation as a rogue whatsoever.
Malorne <3I love hearing more about him in game. Getting to meet him is a real treat too!I know where I will be hanging out ;3
Have the Forsaken rogues been renamed Deathstalkers like they should be or are they still known as the ridiculous made up plague spreaders?
People complaining about the Rogue order hall being in the sewers fail to see just how awesome and fitting the halls location is.
People keep complaining about the rogues being in the sewers. And logically yes, smell, damp, getting stuff down there, the fact that they are ludicrously big are all problems. But I think people are forgetting...orcs, trolls, goblins, magic etc etc. It's called suspension of disbelief. It’s not as if Blizzard is the only one guilty of it either, look at Bethesda’s Oblivion series. It's not uncommon to find the Assassins' or Thieves' guild house in the sewers or at least underground. Let’s face it, if I read a fantasy book it comes as no surprise that the rogues are in the sewers or if I'm playing a fantasy game and I need to find the assassins/thieves guild the first place I would look is the sewers. It’s a cliche yes, but not a completely terrible one. Also, as for being secret, SI:7 and the Shattered Hand aren't secret. Everyone knows they exist and has a rough idea of how to get in touch if they need to, otherwise what's the point? Near where I live there is a building with a plaque on it saying it was payed for by Mr. So-and-so, grand phoobar of the masonic order which always puzzled me, if you’re in a secret society why tell everybody? Answer = If nobody knows you’re in a secret society then you get no benefit from the association.Police know that the bosses of criminal gangs do business in particular places but can't prove it. An obvious place may be a red herring, providing cover for the real place of business or they may just be thumbing their noses at the authorities. In this situation (where thieves/assassins are not just acknowledged but encouraged) maybe the Powers That Be want them all in one place where they can be seen and with a leadership that can be held accountable? Besides, if you don't like the idea of them being in the sewers where would you put it?
I say merge inns to one and make that inn sneaky class hall with regular drunkards taking on function of whatever others will have. Sewers stink..
oh it's good to be a rogue, love how they changed the entrance to be hidden in everyone's favorite wine shop X3as for complaints about the sewers I see nothing to complain about anyone who played wrath knows this was were rogues hung out during the expansion while waiting for raids it was constantly frequented by drunken rogue RPers and matches perfectly for a thief/assassin type class
