I always love how new things look so complicated at first, but after a couple of weeks/months, it's like second nature :)
Can you choose an outpost that you haven't built the corresponding Garrison building for? For example: if I didn't choose the Sparring Arena in my Garrison, can I still choose the Gladiator outpost in Gorgrond?
So, a little confused here; Are you able to unlock and use all Garrison Outposts, or only one Outpost?
I agree with what someone else Said Do you unlock all the Outposts, or have to pick one Zone for a outpost? Or is the 10k Price, so you can switch buildings in your outpost?

You get one outpost for each zone, picking 1 of the 2 options. This means you get a different zone wide perk for each zone. For example, the tanks in nagrand and the inn in Spires.
Allow me to be the first one to say: Choose the Corral in Nagrand. It blows the other one out of the water. The Tankworks allow you to summon a tank once every 10 minutes. The tank lasts until its health is depleted, and frankly its not "that" powerful, at least on my character I killed faster on foot.The corral however, provides a mount that is usable in combat, from which you can fight, loot, and gather herbs/ore without dismounting, and if you get dazed, it does not dismount you. Considering how we're grounded until several patches later, this building is quite the blessing.
Warlords of Draenor seems to begin with more content than the current expansion, looks good! :)
I'll also point out that the Nagrand Stables does function for Feral/Guardian druids. Rather than being able to fight as a Cat/Bear from a mount you gain mounted speed (200%) while in Cat/Bear Form.Maybe not as interesting looking but it was great to see that the Outpost functionality has us in mind.

If I understand this correctly, my picks would be:Spires of Arakk - Smuggling Run: long term benefit with items and buying garrison resources. The extra XP bonus from Brewery is useless after a couple levels.Gorgrond - Lumber Yard: Provides garrison resources.Talador - Arsenal: Both are just combat bonuses, but the Arsenal one seems much stronger. It's not clear how the "3 charges" work though.Nagrand - Corral: Constant mount just blows everything else out of the water, no contest.
We'll hopefully we can all make it through the time without draenor.
I hope the whole garrison stuff will not be exaggerated expensive or that there will be ways to collect the needed amount of gold in an acceptable amount of time.
