I don't see the point in them even having this Camp Fire, since it will be a day after the season launches. The Camp Fire will be in now way favorable or informative to the consumer, it will just be them making excuses. They keep nerfing things because they screwed up in the first place. If Activision/Blizzard put more effort, resources, and time into the QA team there would be no need for all the nerfs. Most of the nerfs are because of bugs and not properly tested skill and gear combinations. If these were properly tested and fleshed out prior to release, we, the consumers, would have known no different. Activision/Blizzard has a history of using consumers to get free QA, releasing Early Access games for years before the term was even coined. Diablo 4 is the first game, other than WoW expansions, that I have purchased on release in around fifteen years because I don't trust Activision/Blizzard to release a finished game. And for the last two weeks I have had buyers remorse for purchasing the $100 edition. I will play Season 1, but with both Balder's Gate 3 and Starfield releasing soon, I may not even finish the Season.Maybe things will change under Microsoft, but I won't get my hopes up.
Not to get too technical with druid nerfs, but it was so poorly thought out I want to explain why. By making the Grizzly Rage unstoppable portion only last 6 seconds, but the GR itself last full duration, you lock werewolfs out of being able to use ANY CC breakers. All of the CC breakers that druids have are considered werebear/earth skills. When you are in GR werewolf form, your bar changes and you simply cannot access those skills. So after 6 seconds you can get frozen/feared etc, and even if you have taken another talent to break CC, you will not be able to use it. You just die.I wouldn't mind if they just nerfed damage or survivability. That's just balance changing. This removed the functionality of the talents in many werewolf builds though. They just don't work anymore. If the goal was more options when making builds, this is the opposite. I am so disappointed that this is what they came up with for the seasonal patch. I really don't understand other classes to the same degree I do druids, so I don't know if they are as bad. I do know that many druids don't even understand how bad it is because they aren't in content where you "need" CC breakers yet. Just sad to see something so poorly implemented in a game I really like.
devs are gonna get roasted over this dumpster fire
that is going to go very well.....not!Every youtuber/streamer. Everyone new to Diablo, or people from diablo sites like maxroll . They all say the same thing. The most garbage patch ever.- Did not solve any gameplay problems classes had.- some classes have even less build options now- xp nerfed, making a hard to level game ( without cheesing it) even harder- did not solve bugs like sorc has with fire, frost immunitiesetc etc...sigh.
