They missed the problem people have with explosive, health wasn't the only issue, the biggest is that when you do massive pull (which you want to do in order to time high level key), #$%^ need to die, and fast, so every orb is a massive waste for dps no matter the health it has.
Massively overtuned, please nerf to the ground.

Honestly, given that they seem to have zero idea what they want Explosive to do or be, I'm starting to wonder if they intended to remove it, someone screwed up and took Volcanic out instead, and Blizzard are just being too proud to admit they pulled the wrong affix

I'm pretty casual but I have managed to pug my way to KSM since BFA. I'm by no means hardcore, and I say that just as a disclaimer to acknowledge that my experience is clearly not that of everyone else. But... I'm tired of affixes that end up being just another healer burden, especially when "doing it right" doesn't give me back mana, boost my healing, or give me some kind of benefit (other than the prevention of a group wipe). I'm longing for the day we are given fun affixes that make the dungeon experience more flavorful and interesting rather than taxing. I wish most of the difficulty came with key scaling and affixes were creative additions to the week.I hope the affixes continue to be refined as needed.

Hopefully we see some massive nerfs to incorporeal and afflicted, having to heal 5 of them at a time is going to be a nightmare and will easily pull all healing off the group for stints of time to deal with them if you don't have a dispel group. Along with both in their current formats are going to be putting the exact same issues back into the dugeons: playing the affix over the dungeon itself.
Problem with "easier" affixes is you need to tune up the dungeon to compensate so you keep a decent % at .io levels and KSH etc,
REMOOOOVEE EEXXPLLOOOSSIIIVEEEE How many times is blizzard going to flip flop on this garbage affix? it's clearly causing them a headache, as well as the players. Just get rid of it.
Nice change to explosive compared to last 2 versions, however it should be changed 1 more time, make explosives have static HP pool, same life for +2 and +30.Afflicted and incorporeal need a urgent fix to that spawn rate or they will be dead weeks...
