6.16.23 Are these still bugged? After I use Deep Freeze they stop working. I have to switch them out with another boot in order to reset the effect.

++Bandit: Uldur's Cave (Sigil) / Maulwood / Raethwind Wilds / Renegade's Retreat /
+Snake: Forgotten Ruins (Sigil) / Witchwater / Serpent's Lair / Ghoa Ruins
