Evoker Legendary Hinted Again in New Hotfix (Warning: Lore Spoilers)

Another batch of hotfixes have been pushed which indicates that the Evoker Legendary is real and will be crafted. Spoilers ahead!

Evoker Legendary Weapon Hotfix
We
previously speculated
on why we thought that an Evoker Legendary would exist based on datamining, but a brand new spell has been hotfixed onto live servers which definitely indicates this even further.
Spell ID 406791 has been hotfixed to be the following:
NEW
Teach a player of the appropriate profession how to craft part of the new version of the Oathmaker.
Blacksmithing:
- Reclaimed Gauntlet Chassis
Jewelcrafting:
- Immaculate Coalescing Dracothyst
Engineering:
- Inspired Order Recalibrator
Interestingly, this item is called the Oathmaker, compared to the previous Oathbinder, possibly indicating that making the Oath to the Dracthyr is now their choice rather than a Mind Control effect.
There's also some other spells that are related to each profession.

Crafting Details
This seems to match up with the crafting details that were
previously datamined
, though each recipe is missing some reagents due to them being encrypted.
The unencrypted ModifiedCraftingSpell Slot recipes indicates that:
One recipe needs 20
Lega Adombrata

One recipe needs 50

One recipe needs 20
Armonia Elementale
and 20
Diamante Illimitato
.
The first recipe clearly matches up to Blacksmithing, the second Engineering and the third Jewelcrafting! The Jewelcrafting Recipe clearly mentions Dracothyst, so a large amount of that material will clearly be needed. But this spell does seem to answer questions about how this Legendary will be obtained, and it is indeed through crafting.
But it seems that especially with
Dracotista
being added to the list of materials, the cost of this Evoker Legendary is looking to be expensive.
