Just as servers came down to maintenance, a notable NPC returned to PTR servers. Spoilers ahead.
As Ysera returns to Ardenweald at the end of the Patch 10.2 campaign, Malfurion returns to Azeroth. The Archdruid is now found in Bel'ameth by his beloved Tyrande Whisperwind.

Malfurion is partially encrypted on PTR, showing as "Unknown" currently. He is located at the top of the Terrace of the Moon in Bel'ameth at /way #15105 48.3 70.3
