Diablo IV Showcase at IGN Fan Fest - Open Beta Date Reveal?
The Diablo IV showcase will happen on
IGN Fan Fest's Day 2, February 18, at 10am PT (1pm ET, 7pm CEST)

and at the end of this article. As reported last week, it is very likely that Diablo IV's development team will announce the start of Diablo IV's first Open Beta phase at the event. During the showcase, Diablo IV's Game Director Joe Shely will make an appearance to answer community questions and "maybe reveal something new":
