One thing that I am just not understanding about this as to why Sorcs NEED to have this (Especially an ice lance build) is we dont use any other skill within our build other than Ice Lance. It costs 25 Mana. So it seems like the use of having this aspect at all is just a waste of searching for, let alone desiring for a good roll on it.

If Im misunderstanding this and it procs this aspect after every 100 mana spent, then I can see why. Just don't see the point of using this aspect for that build. Otherwise this is a pretty good aspect.
