Overall good changes... Now if only we did not have these items for 3 season in SL and for ages in legion already :)I guess after about 1 year everything can be called new with some numerical changes now. Ppl were complaining that we farm the same new items for the whole expansion even through the actually issue which resulted in this was the extreme low dungeon count of SL especially, not the fact that dungeons did not get rolled out per season. Now we can farm items which we already had for long years in previous expansions and the root of the problem (low effective dungeon count) still left unchanged. I guess blizzard really did win. Work less, Charge more.
That spell id for Vial of Animated Blood is the id for the trinket's driver effect, so changing the coefficient does nothing. Blood of My Enemies is the actual buff, so with how we understand the trinket to work there would need to be a change to the coefficient on that spell.
Ff14 used to be praised for its ability to keep content relevant. Why does this community not do that. I think it is a good idea to keep making old dungeons relevant with current seasons.

How about buffing healing trinkets from dungeons so we have choices that feel good until we get a Raidtrinket that is absurdly better and healers will bash their head in about?
I haven't checked sims for the new season trinkets yet (because changes like this happen), but wasn't the Doodoo Doll pretty decent already during BFA?
Mythic plus is as big as raiding on WoW wether people like it or not, they should be pumping more dungeons for big patches much like they do with raids. Start introducing 2 mega dungeons one for each big content patch, that would equal 4 or even 6 new dungeons since they usually divide those into two for future seasons.
