so these instead of the runes and sharpening stones we were already using?
are these on top of weapon runes or instead of them?
I don’t see how this is “another thing to worry about” when weapon runes and sharpening stones have existed all of Dragonflight, and temporary weapon enchantments have rarely if at ever stacked
Why are the WoWhead writers acting like this will be any different to the weapon runes we have now? Unless they suddenly stack with things like weapon runes and shaman weapon imbues, then why is it "another consumable to worry about"?
RemovedWe already have weapon consumables this expac
"returning" they never left they were just called runes lol
Surprised there isnt a "plate armor returning" article yet
Wiping repeatedly in LFR dipped in Mama Liz's weapon oil
Where's the May Trading Post preview?
Will be interesting to see if the healing oil is actually worth using, unlike the SL's one that statistically turned out to be less value than if the healer just used the DPS oil.
Can Blizzard understand that... this isnt good. What player want isnt to do 70 buffs before a dungeon or a raid.We want to enhance our gear, put gem in it, consume a flask, and eat food. Not apply some $%^&ty oil.
Did you forget about Runes? how oils are different from that? I think this was written by an AI that doesn't now that runes and oils are basically the same and they not add more micro managing that we already do.
Can't wait to have a read of what I'm sure is the incoming "food buffs to return in The War Within"
its nothing extra tho ? we had runes and hunters had rockets/needles from engineeringand we even had sharpening stones ...
How does this "add to" anything? You're either only having weapon oils and sharpening stones, or youre choosing either or. Its not like you are forced to have every single weapon rune even right now. This is actually -better- because, for the crit haste specifically, it eliminates the need for buzzing and howling runes, and we arent using the other runes either. Id rather have the choice of shadow or a crit/haste rune, than to have a crit, haste, mastery, AND vers rune.
can't say I've ever cared one way or the other about consumables. just wish they'd give us the perma augment rune at the start instead of the end of an xpac
