I'm more excited about my Warrior being able to DW Frostscythe of Lord Ahune.
Awesome stuff, but please let us transmog fist-weapon to dagger and vice versa.
But why do we have to go back to Pandaria? Why can't they just make it part of the LFR screen?
look cool
"Quest items do not take up space in your bags anymore." FINALLY
I can not convey how absolutely ecstatic I am that they have made so many amazing utilitarian changes to the "quality of life" features. I know that I've personally spent hours looking for the perfect add-on to help me keep my bags organized properly. The long-distance crafting is also going to make life so much easier, considering how much running back and forth (and porting, and flying) I do when I'm working hard for the money. The toybox will clear up a ton of bank space, not to mention send me hunting for lost toys. In the end, however, what it all amounts to is the most important thing: with more space in my bags and my bank (and the ability to craft from anywhere), I can stay out in the world longer, and do more STUFF! Now, if only we could talk them into a mobile Auctioneer...
This is a good question. The primary appeal of being able to participate in LFR as a solo player is the ability to port across the map to that old raid you want to tear up. If you are walking halfway there anyway, doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose?
hope they add the battle for the undercity to normal scenarios. I already did it with my main but, I love that quest so much I want to do it again (I know is not an scenario BUT CMON I CAN DREAM)
Why wouldn't they let you queue for old LFR using the same tool as they have for dungeons etc? Given these systems are already in place it seems a bit odd that they're making you go talk to an NPC on an old continent. Surely it would be more work to design new "queue" NPCs than just use the current raid finder tool... And yeah, the 1-handers should be given the same treatment as the 2h. I mean, I could understand the old system (a sword doesn't look like a mace), but if they're removing some restrictions why not give those who use 1h more options as well?
Are they reducing the cost of putting items into void storage? From the screenshot it seems to cost 10g/item, as opposed to 25g/item on live.
It'd also be cool if shamans could transmog 1h maces and axes to fist weapons :D
No, mages will not be running around with two handed axes. In order to transmog the weapon you have to be able to use said weapon. It would be stupid to do it any other way.
Just love the idea of a toybox, hate it that my bank is filled with that crap!
Only weapons you can equip
Will the "Group Finder" tool let us find groups for older content? Sometimes it can be hard for the solo player to find groups to do things like Share The Love.
i really really hope its pre patch
I hope there are other ways of adding stuff to the toybox than going through every character and adding them manually.
Between the toybox, no quest items, extra void tab, and the mats stacking to 200 I am going to have so much room for extra junk in my bags and I am super excited! I love to run around and farm items and this is going to make my life much easier.Cannot wait!
Great Quality of Life Improvements would be:1) re-think the vote to kick restrictions (i am tired of people doing nothing but rolling need from the starting area of the dungeon bcause they know we cant kick them)2) give the kicked a 30 min debuff (what would be the opposite of "beloved"?) to avoid (mainly) tanks and healers* to play as jerks bcause they can re-queue 5 sec laterI often have the feeling that blizzard would rater have 4 unhappy people in a party than give them the means to punish 01 person with low self esteem... :(Apart that, i really loved the news :D* my main is a healer and my 2nd is a tank, btw
