Very similar to FFXIV's Dancer.
Damage reattribution for pets/guardians and several effects like Ignite still isn't working so logs for a lot of classes will be pretty useless until those are implemented.
I am waiting for Rextroy playing around with augmentation. Pretty sure he can find something out, even without those toads...
I believe Augmentation will be a nightmare to balance. A mediocre played Augmentation in a mediocre group has to perform mediocre. But if you tune it around that, a well played evoker in a strong raid will just leave everything behind.

Instead of releasing the spec half-baked and patch it up later they should write the code in a way where it separates damage instances to base damage + augmented damage. Let's say 3% crit chance increase to a mage's 25% base crit chance (so it's 25 + 3 = 28%). If we use a 100 sided dice roll system then:Roll 1-25: Mage crits even without the augmentation - full damage is accounted to the mageRoll 26-28: Mage doesn't crit however augmentation makes it a crit - non-crit damage is accounted to the mage, extra damage for the crit accounted to the evokerRoll 29-100: Mage doesn't crit at all - full damage is accounted to the mage playerThis is something really easy to code and it somewhat increased the number of variables but it is something that the arhitecture could handle for sure as we had way more variables in the past with the borrowed power system damage calculation shenanigans. Obviously they are not going to code smart - they are rushing out content and trying to get away with the least possible effort.

Why Blizzard, did you make such a „cool“ legendary, and make it a fistweapon … a glove would have been fine. But a fistweapon, which no one, not even you can see ? Glorious Transmog opportunity totally wasted
Newer classes have to be somewhat more needed than older classes, if not new classes would make no sense. So augvoker takes at least 1 raid spot, maybe more in the start and nerf sooner or later.
The more I read about this 3rd spec the more I know I wont be playing this spec. And the more Toxic raids/groups will be having this spec around
