Changes
Classes- Multiple Classes
악마 쐐기, 정의의 방패, 무쇠가죽주, and 방패 올리기 can only be extended to a maximum of three times their base duration. - Smart heals such as 급속 성장 and 빛의 권능: 신성화 now favor player targets over non-player targets, regardless of their health.
죽음의 기사 - 죽음의 고리 now costs 45 runic power (was 35).

Demon Hunter - 준비 now generates 100 Fury over 10 seconds (was 40 Fury over 5 seconds).

- 악마 칼날 now does 50% weapon damage (was 85% weapon damage).

Druid - Balance
now increases 's damage by 50% (was 60%). - damage increased by 11%.

사냥꾼 - Beast Mastery
야성의 부름 (Passive) - Your auto shot critical strikes now have a 40% chance to reduce the remaining cooldown of 광포한 야수/날카로운 사격 by 3 seconds. - 무리와 하나 grants 야성의 부름 60% increased chance to reduce the cooldown of 광포한 야수.
마법사 - Frost
열기 동공 redesigned: Increases Icy Veins' duration by 10 seconds. Your Ice Lances against frozen targets extend your 얼음 핏줄 by an additional 1 second.
Monk - Brewmaster
Brewmaster passive armor bonus increased to 25% (was 15%). - 후려차기 now has a 14 second cooldown (was 3 seconds, modified by Haste).
- 범의 장풍 also now reduces the cooldown of 후려차기 by 5 seconds.

Mistweaver - now has a 12 second cooldown and a duration of 8 seconds (was 6 seconds).

뼈주사위 - Developers' notes: The distribution of the number of buffs you get from 뼈주사위 has changed. On average, you will get fewer buffs. Our goal is to significantly reduce the desire to frequently recast 뼈주사위 when you get 1 buff.
- 집중 공격 now also increases the damage of your combo-point generating abilities by 20%.

Subtlety - Developers' notes:Our overall goals are to remove uncontrolled player teleport from the baseline DPS rotation, to reduce the frequency of teleporting in PvP, to allow players to choose between more frequent or more impactful Shadow Dances, which equates to more frequent 군중 제어/utility or damage in PvP, to keep the PvE rotation engaging, and to make 죽음의 상징 more engaging.

죽음의 상징 redesigned. Costs 25 Energy and has a 30 second cooldown. Invoke ancient symbols of power, empowering the next cast of several of your abilities:

Focus Shurikens is a new passive talent available at level 70:

Developers' notes: This aims to remove maintaining Nightblade on every target from your AOE rotation on 4+ targets. Instead, Subtlety will deal increased damage during AOE by focusing it into one target.
주술사 - 대지의 정령 has 600% of the 주술사's armor (was 400%) and 150% HP (was 100%).

흑마법사 - All Specs
영혼 전도체 now causes every 영혼의 조각 you spend to have a 12% (was 20%) chance to be refunded. (exception: 악마 remains at 20%)
Destruction - Developers' Notes: Soul Shards are now divided into 10 Soul Shard Fragments for Destruction Warlocks, in order to provide more reliable, granular 영혼의 조각 generation, prevent random overcapping of resources, rein in 영혼의 조각 generation slightly, and reduce the number of 혼돈의 화살s being cast.
- 유황 불길 now causes Incinerate to generate 1 Soul Shard Fragment per target.
- 점화 연마 now generates 6 Soul Shard Fragments (was 1 full 영혼의 조각/10 Soul Shard Fragments).
- 점화 연마 now generates double resources from hitting a second 대혼란 target.

- 소각 now generates 1 Soul Shard Fragment.

반 거인의 분노 generates an additional 1 to 3 Fury when 악마 칼날 is talented (was 1 to 6 Fury).
