Onyx Annulet and Primordial Stones
The goal was something cool that was supposed to be in the x.7 update, but in the following Patch there would be something that you would replace it.
They didn't really hit the mark on that.
An item that is too strong is then a goal for players. Then nerfing that thing would feel really bad so they try to avoid item nerfs whenever possible.
There are now no plans to nerf the Onyx Annulet and Primordial Stones until at least 10.1.5
More Class Tuning
The process for Class Tuning hasn't changed much - Internal tools and telemetry, player feedback, etc.
However, it's the frequency at how often they look at class tuning this expansion.
Even if there was no class tuning between patches, the perception of specs would change due to multiple factors such as the possible raid fights, the dungeons and more.
Great Vault
Variance is valuable for the game, but it depends on magnitude. They know that things like set bonuses and super high magnitude items like the Raz bow can cause issues, so that comes down to a matter of tuning or things like the catalyst to make things better.
Upcoming Mythic+ Seasons
The plan is 8 dungeons per dungeon pool. It's a healthy number that doesn't have too much knowledge required on the players.
UI Updates
Nameplates has been discussed a lot since everyone uses it.
Buff/Debuff filtering is more addon territory
Talent Trees
They are open to adding more fan-favourite Tier Set bonuses to the talent tree, but doing it sparingly.
The current Tier Set bonus with instant Living Flame could be turned into a talent in the future!
Seasonal Affixes
There's so much change coming in this Season, that they want to step back to see how things go.
They agree that there's a bunch of cool things that Seasonal affixes did
Parry
Parry has been changed a couple times since the beginning of WoW when parry used to increase the swing time.
Parry is one of the things that gives your rotation some texture.
If there's a boss that you feel like you have to punch from the front, give us feedback and we have a tuning knob that we can look at using.
