There is only one way to evaluate the contribution of an Augmentation Evoker's DPS -- Warcraft Logs. Details and other in-game damage meters will not properly allocate DPS contribution to the Augvoker.

Warcraft Logs’ article.
Warcraft Logs Breakdown Article
Warcraft Logs
Unlike in-game damage meters, Blizzard did make combat hooks to allocate damage to the Augmentation so that players can evaluate the contribution and success of having an Augmentation Evoker in the group.
Buffed Damage
Since a lot of the buffs are flat damage or flat % effects, the combat hooks can and do attribute the following contribution to the Augmentation Evoker and Warcraft Logs allocates these correctly!
黑檀之力
先知先觉
and
命运明镜
炽火龙鳞
亘古吐息
精通:时光旅行者
狱火祝福

Warcraft Logs
will show these as sourced from the Augmentation Evoker, and the equal amount of DPS will be taken away from the buffed players. This will allow you to see exactly how much DPS the Augmentation Evoker contributed per player!

Combat Hook Issues
However, things aren't exactly perfect in the world of damage attribution via the combat hooks. The Blizzard combat hooks don't account for some instances which do occur rather frequently:
Pets!
The problem of pets returns again. Damage done via pets and guardians isn't attributed back to the Evoker. This means that if you buff an Unholy DK or Demonology Warlock, they will be showing as doing more damage than their actual contribution, and your contribution will be showing as lower than intended.
Accumulator Spells
These are spells which accumulate extra damage and include
点燃
,
大法师之触
, and
处决宣判
. The explosion damage is not correctly attributed to the Augmentation Evoker despite the Augmentation Evoker contribution to the accumulation. If you buff a Fire/Arcane Mage or a Ret Paladin, they will be showing as doing higher than their actual contribution and your contribution will be showing as lower than your actual contribution.
Healing Contribution
Healing contribution that is increased by Augmentation Evokers is not allocated back to the Augvoker.
However, Blizzard mentioned in the
Warcraft Logs interview
that they are aware of some abilities that aren't attributed correctly, but they have plans on how to work through that soon.
Details & In-Game Damage Meters
Do not use Details or In-Game Damage Meters to evaluate the contribution of an Augmentation Evoker.
Unfortunately, Blizzard did not make any hooks for Augmentation Evoker for in-game damage meters. As mentioned in the
Kalamazi interview with Graham Berger
, the goal of in-game meters is to see your allies' bars larger and then seeing even larger numbers, while yours is quite small.
If an Augmentation Evoker's DPS bar is small, that's correct! You should assume that the Augmentation Evoker is making some other bars bigger.
Augmentation Evokers and Support Buffs
As a brand new spec, Augmentation Evokers are a "force multiplier" that deals around 30% of their damage directly, while the other 70% of their contribution comes from layering stacking buffs and damage multipliers onto other players.
