Seeing the classes with names like "Phoenix Mage", "Sunwalker" and "Shadow Hunter" is making me really hope we get sub-classes soon as well as sub-races lol. Just keep the abilities exactly the same, but let my Troll Marksmanship hunter specialize to Shadow Hunter, with different visuals. Or my Nightborne Survival hunter become a Moonscythe with arcane traps like the follower, Nighthuntress Syrenne.
Gazlowe has always been team Horde, he has love for the Horde he however has no love for the Alliance. Not really sure why it would be out of place for him.
I do not care for these expeditions one bit.

I really like the sound of these! Looks like these should have a lot of variety and will require both skill and strategy to do well against the smarter AI. I also appreciate that there are multiple difficulty levels and that PvP mode is optional. Only thing I'm a bit disappointed about is not being able to team up with our own NPCs. I like the "themes" for each team and it would be a lot of fun to explore alongside NPCs we like, or ones that are similar to our own characters.

Yes, but we’re going to the island expeditions for azerite, something that Trade Prince Gallywix is constantly trying to mine and collect. So it makes sense that Gaz is going to the island so he can collect azerite for himself/his machines, or for the Trade Prince
the original commenter already stated that what is out of place is the fact he's a pretty well established lore character while none of the others are.
