Is the timer usually enough that outside of like wiping a ton, it's accessible? They seem pretty short for when I think about "timers" in general, as you generally don't want to encourage *rushing* but you want to make it so you can't just like slow walk the place. If a group is going at a steady pace, as opposed to like your mad dash "gogogo" chainpulling entire rooms, is the timer accessible? Note I mean in general, not necessarily for upgrading by 2 or 3, just completing within the itmer.
Really wish they would just make some shorter dungeons again. 30 mins is absolutely better than 40, but I really miss the 20 min blaster dungeons.
40min dungeon zzzzzzzzzz how about you balance the dungeon to make it closer to 30mins
of course they nerf the dungeon timers to make it easier for the casuals. The game is going downhill with record speed. (don't really care but haven't complained about something yet today.)
It’s quite nice to have a mix of lengths imo
The HoV timer reduction might be a bit rough considering how much RP there is in that dungeon. But they did remove some trash you need to kill to get through so maybe it'll work out.
To be honest, I really don't like that we are doing old dungeons in the first season of the new expansion. We gwt all these new fun dungeons, but then we don't even get to experience half of them in a m+ setting until the next season.. And depending of the length of the seasons/patches.. we may not even see those dungeons for 4-6 months. Can't say I'm a fan of that
" Halls of Valor timer being shortened is also fine, as this dungeon has undergone some massive reworks and the timer was already super long in Legion. "Bull$%^&, I watched people on twitch streaming it all weekend and one of the biggest complaints they had is that the roleplay lasts way too long, the timer should be increased back to 45 to account for this or Blizzard should remove the RP parts completely.
Honestly, any M+ dungeon that is tuned in a way that presupposes it would take more than 30 minutes to complete needs some serious looking into. The whole concept of dungeons in general is that they’re supposed to be quick.Playing WoW has long since stopped being something akin to a D&D session, really it hasn’t been that since Vanilla, and there’s no way things will ever go back with how fast paced life is nowadays. So we really need to have more bite sized content in the game for people with less time to play to sink their teeth into because logging in just to do your daily grind gets old quick and makes folks quit.
I'm honestly glad that they're actually listening to beta testers. I just hope they test out all the dungeons since you're going to need to be good at dragonriding for some of them.
