All the models look like they are for males. Will there be a female version of this?
Am I the only person thinking that if they were going to make the models anyway, this should have been a race?
So glad I finally decided to level my Druid! This new form looks awesome :)
I don't know if anyone already postet this, but: why would a werewolf change into a werecat? So he can chase himself in case of a split personality?^^
This! This is how the worgen SHOULD have looked like, just with a more wolf like model, but worgen seriously needs a tail.
but what does 5% increased versatility mean?
I think this cat form will act like normal cat from but let you use also other spells like they did too moonkins too.
the garrison looks really awesome cant wait till WoD
They actually are if you look at a male worgen in stealth.
Боже, формы друидов просто шикарные!Но, льву не хватает гривы...
I made a level 100 Worgen Druid just to look at this. I think it is a tough choice between the Claws of Shirvallah talent which gives you this model and the Bloodtalons talent which gives you +30% damage on your next two melee attacks after you cast healing touch. I don't see Claws of Shirvallah being real popular with the PvP folks, solo questers, or in scenarios. It might be more popular in raid where somebody else is healing you. The Claws do you give you the ability to cast non-damaging spells in cat form. The only resting posture my druid would take was the "3 pt. landing" posture so popular with comic book superheroes. You know -- the one where the superhero lands with one knee on the ground, the other bent, one fist on the ground, and the other arm straight out ending in a fist. I am uncertain whether Blizzard really meant to make druids look like that, but here we are. :DThe tail swishes back and forth slightly while resting. I could want more of a 'swish' but I'll take it. The tail is straight up when running, like he was a meerkat or something. You get a pair of shorts. Armor and weaponry are invisible. Fighting is a lot of slashing with claws. My druid was a male. I do not yet know if a female druid looks different. The Claws has its own history for RP. Druids that take this form are renegades, outcasts on a par with Warlocks. As Hamuul Runetotem says on the talent, "Have we learned nothing from the Scythe of Elune?" So there you have it: a somewhat useful and cool-looking talent that marks you as a renegade and outcast. Hamuul is disgusted by it. Take it at your own risk. :)
I have to say The Claws of Shirvallah Models are making me rethink of my choice to never roll a druid lol. That being said I do like the look of the form and it is not clunky during movement so good job Blizzard.
Beautiful ! o: I will up a drood just for that !
Re: the Claws... when running, the tails seem excessively... rigid.OK, fine. Like a boner. There, I said it.
If Tauren model is supposed to be a Lion will there be a version with and without mane for Male and Female Taurens?
I really hope these shown models are for male. They seem a bit too buffy to be female /:
The animation looks too much like the Worgen model and not at all cat-like.Kind of disappointing.
So will there be a female model too or will my female Night Elf perform some sex change every time I use cat form?(Not criticising the models though, they look awesome :D)
Looks to me like the tail model is a bit stiff when running, maybe its just me. Also only beta so will probably change
