Annoying how Night Elves got the ugliest transform :c
lol UseStandingLoop for the nightelf model
So were Thekall and Arlok, actually Troll druids, and wouldn't it be more suiting for the druid tanking form to have this since Shirvallah filled him with rage.
I'm kind of dissapointed about the lion model... It looks like a female lion they could at least made him a mane
I remember people used to do this by changing the image in the files so the feral druid would look like the panther mob boss from ZAM. It couldnt walk because there wasn't an animation(it kind a floated around) but it had a clawing motion for attacking. Anyway it was only for your own satisfaction because only you could see it but Blizzard said it was illegal and deemed everyone illegal transmoging would have their accounts penalized.
Am I the only one a little unnerved by the lack of coverage that the "loincloth" gives underneath the tail area? I only noticed it during the all-fours run animation video for the Worgen model when they rotated around. It looked like a floodlight to anyone tailgating too closely. I checked out the other models and they all are missing the patch of dark cloth (the Nightelf model is dark enough for one to not notice). Had the loincloth been completely absent, there would be nothing to notice. Hope they find some extra fabric in the modelling room for our druid friends.
Models look very nice, but I hope that will be done models for female characters. Because it will look pretty strange, I play a female character, and here suddenly change the form of the guy: D
Is it a replacement for cat form if you take the talent, or something you can use alternative to it (i.e. adding an extra form like you can with the tree glyph)?Love the tiger and snow leopard...the other two bore me with lack of markings. Sadly, my troll druid is Resto/Balance, and was not planning a Worgen druid. :(
I will now only create worgen Druids.
Shirvallah be praised! Time to alt a lvl 100 Druid!
they are the same model as male worgen which is disappointing but still amazing
When I first saw this I was excited thinking this was the druid version of the warlock green fire quest line.... Sadly just a talent, perhaps not too late in development to make it a quest line instead?I think class specific quests would be a great way to add more cosmetic things to the game.
I think these are horrible. I rarely criticize things this early in testing, or at all, usually taking a "wait and see" attitude to Blizz tweaks and changes, but I think I'm shelving my druid if this goes live. Especially if it becomes one of those "your raid team requires it" talents.
So essentially, it's for healers and roleplayers?
I was soloing old content and to my surprise I discovered that they had, back in BC, a model just like those cat forms.look
