Here's to hoping (but not holding my breath) that the Alliance will get similar toys. But seriously: Weren't all these changes but the Toy additions already reported on here?
Why would some Night Elves be willing?
Nice, free toys
And sorry, Blizzard, but no dice. ANY Night Elf forces going Horde like this is game-breaking.Just trash the dead-raising quest already. At least try to lessen the damage you're doing to the lore.
I like the spirit healer toy, but does it replace bwonsamdi? I don't wanna get rid of good old bwonsamdi
Lore is saved a bit again, thanks to the Red Shirt Guy! ^^
Because fighting willingly for the woman who killed an entire population, and yourself at the same occasion, sounds like a good idea
I love the new toys ! Sad about the Dark Ranger Cowl having such a long CD and short on character use tho :( as is with all fun toys!
Even undead Night Elves on the Horde side is one of the most biggest spits in to Lore. I hope writers undarstand that they made a big mistake.
Are they seriously trying to say that some Night Elves secretly wanted to be Horde all along?Like, maybe Alliance players feel they should go Horde deep down so they can be on the side that gets Blizzard's favor, and maybe that's what they're hinting at.But lore-wise, if a gang burns down your house and kills your family, at what point would you ever be willing to join that gang and kill your friends? It's nonsense. You wouldn't. No one ever would. And so everyone that's been raised as undead has been raised without consent. Almost all of them have sworn fealty to Sylvanas right away, and the rest swear fealty later on, even characters like Lilian Voss. The curse of undeath turns people into evil monsters against their will; that's how it's always worked. What's the point here of trying to change that and say that everyone had actually consented? Did Sylvanas consent? She sure didn't turn into an angry wisp, did she?Are they trying to re-write almost two decades of lore to make the undead... innocent? It's ridiculous! It's okay for them to be the villains. I'm not ever going to buy into the idea that they're the good guys at this point. That's just stupid.
Oh man, super glad they're listening to feedback and adjusting things accordingly with stuff like this!
People who are loremasters:
This seems like an interesting quest line. I think it's great that they added some flavor to these Night Elves that basically harakiri themselves instead of joining the Forsaken. Would you prefer the alternative of them all joining without even having the choice? The first Worgen had no choice to just suddenly stop being what they because of what they wanted. They were overtaken by ungovernable rage after being turned. Not every Night Elf would be some blind follower to some Royal hero, for all you know they were forced into this war when all they wanted in life would be to pray and hunt animals for example. My main question is, why did Elune wait this long to bestow the Night Warrior's blessing on someone? Seems pretty late to the show, imo.
"If you can't beat em, join em" is a thing that exists and is displayed here. The lore is there, even if you don't like it.

I won't play the GAME world of HORDE
People seem to forget that those night elve were DEAD !The Valkyr offer dead night elve a chance to be revive, but for that they need to betray their kind. Why would night elve be different from other race regarding that? Why would EVERY night elve refuse such opportunity? You guys are the one spitting on lore.Accepting to be ressurected as a forsaken imply being selfish but not all night elve are pure and strong in heart. Some are coward, some are selfish, some think Elune and Tyrande abandonned them or are incompetent and want revenge for that.. and so can accept the Forsaken offer.
