Hello everyone! Today on stream we checked out Zuldazar and it’s beautiful capital city and while exploring, we stumbled upon a little mini trading quest which offers a toy as a reward.
It all begins with Good old
Griftah <Amazing Amulets>, found in the Grand Bazaar. He sells mostly overpriced junk but also a
Sack of "Discarded" Hearthstones, a white item that seemingly has no effect, and a toy. The
Zandalari Effigy Amulet is sold for a
Counterfeit Rastakhan Mask, and the way to get the Mask is with a little trading game.
On the other side of the city, at the Zocalo we find
Rakle the Wretched <Innkeeper>, who is pretty mad at Zancha for forgetting to refill the hearthstone bin again. As luck would have it, we have
Sack of "Discarded" Hearthstones which she’s happy to trade for a
Much-Too-Hot Pepper.
For the very brave and very foolish... like
Trader Haw'li on the other side of the street who’s busy making a chili and it’s missing something. It needs some heat. He’ll trade our
Much-Too-Hot Pepper for
Golden Seeds. Zandalari legends discuss the many magical properties of plants that grow from golden seeds.
Seems like a fine item for someone in the herbalism business, like
Granda Watae standing next to the stairs up to the throne room. She’s willing to trade the seeds for a
Centennial Blossom, a rare flower that blooms only once every hundred years. The blossoms are highly prized by the long-lived races of Zuldazar. Long lives...that means Tortollan so onwards to Little Tortolla on the side of the city where our trading quest began.
Trader Nog is very interested in the blossom and trades it for a
Preserved Night Elf Head, an esteemed home decoration and children’s toy in Zuldazar. A bunch of kids are gathered to the left of Griftah and at first it seemed like none were interested, but then
"Black Eye" Zenru spoke up.
He really wants the Night Elf Head and gives us the
Counterfeit Rastakhan Mask we’ve been looking for. Just impressive enough to fool a gullible buyer.
Just to the right of the kid is our lucky gullible buyer, Griftah who trades it for our desired toy. The
Zandalari Effigy Amulet allows you to make a copy of the player that you target, including yourself, and show them how you really feel about them. The effect doesn’t last very long and the cooldown of the toy is 15 min so hopefully they’ll reduce that.
And there you have it, the way on how to get the
Zandalari Effigy Amulet. Nice little trade quest to get you a bit familiar with the city and get you clicking and interacting with all the npc’s cause boy there is a lot to check out.
