So that's how we deal with the whole, "Illidan is the chosen hero of the light" business.I approve of the actions taken there. Well done, Illidan, I salute you!
Green is the new yellow brah..
Considering how Xe'ra acted here makes a certain dagger have some seed of truth to it I think. Even if its an old god artifact, it still has a point with this cinematic.
NEVER make Turalyon angry.
I guess Illidan needs to... lighten up :3
Illidan is the hero we need.
that was...terrible. So bascially illidan threw a temper tantrum cause he's so edgey with all the sacrifice that he sacrificed to sacrifice things to be reminded what he sacrificed to sacrifice things to be the chosen one who sacrificed things...cause he's edgy.Did the do an open call for writers at the local hot topic?
Xe'ra really should've learned about consent.
You understand why Illidan did what he did. Xe'ra was no better than Sargeras/Void Lords when it comes to forcing people to do what she wanted.Frankly, I knew it from the moment she blamed us for killing Illidan in the first place. As if we had prophetic vision to see what was he really planning. I hope Turalyon will be smarter than this and realize Xe'ra was wrong in her action against Illidan that CAUSED her own death. It also shows, a 'pure' being is always dangerous. Pure Shadow or Pure Light, they are not known to be reasonable because they cannot accept anything other than what their being contains. Mortals are a mix of both so they can rise above both, like Illidan did. As much as I don't like ''Illidan the Chosen One'' stuff, I am glad he refused to become the Kerrigan of WOW
GOOD. I hated doing the quests for that self-righteous chandelier. Don't tell me Illidan's some flawless good guy that I was just too dumb to understand all along.
Xe'ra, no means no!
Subtitle: Illidan Teaches Xe'ra a Harsh Lesson on Consent
Weeeeeeeell, so 'The Light' is no better than 'The Void'. What a surprise! /sarcasmAlso, good riddance to that self-righteous condescending *****.
Poor Turalyon, first Illidan kills his "boss", and then his own wife goes rogue and turn herself to the void...It has to be the worst month ever.... well... maybe the one when the entire planet was dragged to the void could be worst... I'm with Illidan here, the fact that the Naaru are Puere Light Creatures doesn't mean that they can't be wrong, and doesn't mean that tey could be corrupted, and not only to the void, Sargeras is a Titan, and as a Titan is inmune to the corruption of the void, but he loses his path, and I think that whit Xe'ra was something similar, he she IT was willing to sacrifice Illidan's life, to transform him into a being of light... that isn't too different of what the Void Lords or the Old Gods use to do...
His temper tantrum comes from the fact that from his point of view the light has mostly in the long run done little to nothing helpful at all yet acts all high and mighty. His point of view is somewhat vindicated by the fact that the light didn't help when the war of the ancients happened. The light didn't help when the Scourge and legion laid waste to Lorderon and Hyjal meanwhile after Hyjal the light was gleefully supporting the Scarlet Crusade, an organisation which was driven by mad zealotry to commit slaughter against not only the scourge but anyone who wasn't under their banner. Yet even after their corruption was exposed, after terrorising so many the light still continued to heeds the Scarlet Crusades pleas. From this point of view one could easily see that the ideology of the light being benevolent and kind as a load of rubbish. Truth is the light is nothing more than a tool than can, just like any other form of magic, be used to both create AND destroy. Something Turalyon would mind to Learn.
Is that a cinematic of the Argus campaign ? Or it's the end cinematic of the quest lines of the heart of light ?
Well said, Gizion, well said.
