Well, Alli#$%s whined enough for it to matter. Nice to see Blizz will cave to Alliance racial trait concerns, but when Horde fans bring up the massive disparity of Mag’har racials vs. DI Dwarf teleport-basically-anywhere racial, they get ignored.
This is stupid, even if it gets canceled, one tick is more than gift of the naaru, and it is a shorter CD.
Steps in the right direction! I mean, the purpose of the PTR is to polish things like this off and perfect their numbers. No one should be grabbing pitchforks over this - yet.

Still, that racial is OP even after the nerf (?) to it. Possibly the strongest racial of all the races. All ya gotta do is stun/CC a person then pop that and you are back to full. I wouldn't be surprised that the majority of Horde racechange just for the racial...maybe not BE, but thats another story lol. Arena is going to be fun, and by fun I mean depressing.
To those saying blizzadr caved to alliance.EVEN in the channeled state which breaks on dmg.. 1 tick is equal to the healing of gift of the naaru.classesl ike pally can absue the channeled form even more (charger to get distance and heal or bubble and use it and heal)when 1 tick is equal to spacegoats thats problematic....on half the cd thats not even gonna be fair.

So the void elf,dark iron dwarf and the light draenei have better racials than the mag'har,nightborne and high mountain tauren and nothing happen,now zandalari is more op than the kul'tiran and all the forums get full of cry of alliance people and nefts incoming...Fine.They were saying in the forum they will nerft probably the Loa passives also so...

To all the people complaining about Blizzard caving to the Alliance, Every Man for Himself would like a word with you.
The point isn't that the "Ally Scum" are listened to. The Mag'har, Nightborne, and Highmountains may have had slightly lesser racials in comparison to Dark Iron, Void Elves, and Lightforged.BUTRegeneratin' is more powerful than every racial in game. Much more than should be allowed. That's the point.
Next fix not usable outside rested area or not during combat, yet people will still complain
I don't get why they just don't make it a bit stronger than Gift of the Naaru due to Regeneratin' being only on yourself.So it doesn't interrupt if you take damage, then being a decent self heal.
No amount of Regeneratin' is going to heal the wound left on my mind from willingly participating in war crimes for loot
